Wayfinder needs four DNS record types: MX records tell the internet where to deliver your mail; SPF authorizes Wayfinder to send email for your domain; DKIM adds a cryptographic signature so recipients can verify messages are authentic; and DMARC tells receiving servers how to handle SPF and DKIM results. If you choose managed DNS, Wayfinder sets these automatically once you delegate your nameservers. If you keep your current DNS provider, your setup page shows the exact records to add.
